Odd dimensions? No problem. We custom-build crates to fit even the most complex profiles. No matter the height, width, weight, or profile we can make a customed crate for it! By blocking it down (fixing it down with blocks of wood), strapping it (with either plastic or metal banding), or bolting it to the crate for secure and safe transport.

💨 Vapor Barrier Bags:

A material that we unroll and cut to your crate’s specifications. We then seal them together with heat around your products to create an airtight, vacuum sealed bag that protects it from moisture. Recommended for moisture control for sensitive electronics, machinery, and high-value assets. Better yet? Seal your shipment in Zerust Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor products that release chemicals to control moisture.

🧪 VCI Wrap (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor):

You might’ve heard this one before from a previous post…. but what is VCI? VCI takes the form of a yellow or blue translucent wrap that is our go to. It provides rust prevention for metal components and protects it from outside elements, which makes it especially useful in humid environments, such as the weather we are currently graced with.
