Jonathan’s the TOTAL package because he has created an environment at Total Export where team members are empowered to do whatever is necessary to delight and exceed every customer’s expectations, every time. Jonathan is a seasoned transportation and logistics executive with a strong track record of operational leadership and strategic growth. In July 2023, he acquired Total Export, bringing new vision and energy to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality custom crating and export packaging solutions. As President, Jonathan is focused on expanding Total Export’s capabilities, enhancing customer experience, and driving innovation across the supply chain. Under his ownership, Total Export continues to grow as a trusted partner in logistics and export services, with a sharp focus on quality, reliability, and long-term relationships.

Gary’s the TOTAL package because he’s calm, cool, collected, yet relentless in his pursuit of maximizing staff and optimizing operations. Gary’s leadership drives to advance every aspect of Total Export’s operations, from the account managing all the way to cutting our select pieces of wood. If something enters or leaves this building, you can be sure Gary has already structured its execution.

Vince's Bio

Vince’s the TOTAL package because he has a passion for taking care of customers and making sure they’re genuinely pleased with the Total Export experience. He brings both heart and expertise to the team, backed by a degree from the University of St. Thomas, where he graduated with a double major in Business Marketing Management and Catholic Studies. Outside the office, you’ll often find him working on his project car, getting lost in a good book, traveling, or spending quality time with his family. He’s also a Twin Cities explorer at heart; always checking out new and classic restaurants and bars, hitting the road for spontaneous trips, dancing, hunting for steals on Facebook Marketplace, and volunteering at his church.

Logan Peters, Account Manager

Logan’s the TOTAL package because he brings a relationship‑driven, customer‑focused approach to Total Export. With a background in sales and a genuine enjoyment of helping people solve problems, he thrives in the friendly, team‑oriented atmosphere. Outside of work, Logan stays active playing softball and frolfing (disc golfing). He also enjoys lake days, bonfires, and nights out with friends. He’s big on family time, especially competitive board games and football Sundays. On slower days, he’s usually gaming or watching YouTube, as we quote, “movies aren’t my thing”-Logan. Logan is a self‑proclaimed football nerd and diehard Vikings fan, and when March rolls around, he’s all in on college basketball. His energy, curiosity, and people‑first mindset make him a great fit for the Total Export team.

Dwight Deisting, Director of Operations

Dwight's Bio

Dwight’s the TOTAL package because he not only brings years of management experience, he also rolls up his sleeves and moves cargo right alongside the Total Export shipping team of experienced, knowledgeable and expert forklift drivers. Dwight currently resides in Maple Grove MN with his son, Jackson, and his 2 cats, Sylas and Cinder. Dwight loves cooking, hunting, fishing, and pickleball (he’s even placed multiple times in the tournament scene).

Ron Schurrer, Design Engineer

Ron's Bio

Ron’s the TOTAL package because he’s a wizard at Solid Works. Ron designs unique custom crates that keep our customers’ products safe, provide them with a cost-effective solution, and help lower our cost of production. No one knows Ron loves to play all things trivia, especially music trivia. When he’s not at Total Export, Ron is out experiencing everything the Twin Cities has to offer. He enjoys small-venue concerts and music festivals, sporting events, biking, and hiking in the parks. You’ll often find him at a dance recital supporting his two teenage daughters. Ron Schurrer joined the Total Export team in 2010. Ron’s expertise and talent for leadership help maximize every one of Total Export’s projects, from efficient design to sourcing cost-effective materials. Ron earned an associate’s degree in architectural drafting and design from Anoka-Hennepin Technical College.
